ABOUT ME
Lori Tompos
Executive Leadership Coach, Trainer, and Speaker
I’m passionate about inspiring, encouraging, and supporting leaders to reach their full potential. With over 20 years of experience developing leaders and teams—first in the U.S. Army and now in Corporate America and Higher Education—I bring a unique blend of strategy, discipline, and empathy to my work. As Founder and Principal of Avail Consulting, I help leaders and teams strengthen relationships, foster growth, and amplify their impact through creative programs, workshops, teaching, and executive coaching. A West Point graduate and one of the first women in Combat Arms, I began my leadership journey as an Air Defense Artillery Officer and combat veteran. Today, I continue to serve through the West Point Association of Graduates and local veterans’ organizations. I hold master’s degrees in Education and Business Administration and was honored to share my leadership mantra in a TEDx Talk: “Lead people. Manage projects. Lead with support.”
